Meet Dr. Genevieve Broderick
Dr. Genevieve Broderick is a plastic surgeon offering a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures for the body, breasts, face and hands, as well as non-surgical facial rejuvenation techniques.
A magna cum laude graduate of Boston College, Dr. Broderick attended the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) on a full academic scholarship. She trained in general surgery and completed a plastic surgery residency at UMMS where she served as chief plastic surgery resident for two years. Dr. Broderick also completed a two-year research fellowship in the medical school’s Division of Plastic Surgery. She was a junior attending surgeon in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UMassMemorial Medical Center with a strong focus on hand and wrist surgery.
Dr. Broderick participated in three humanitarian surgical missions to Ecuador, focusing on the correction of cleft lip and palate deformities, hand malformations, and the revision of burn scars.
A widely published author, Dr. Broderick has written about topics ranging from wound care to reconstructive surgery. Her research regarding operating room waste and cost reduction was presented at the annual meeting of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
She is on staff at Wellesley Cosmetic Surgery, Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center-Milton and UMassMemorial Medical Center.
